Located in Tempe, Arizona, Infusion goes beyond a traditional coffee shop by combining a passion for quality coffee and tea with deep expertise in the craft. Founded by Patrick O’Malley, a globally recognized coffee expert, the business emphasizes sourcing beans directly from farmers, meticulous roasting techniques, and delivering exceptional flavor in every cup. The shop is also closely connected to the International Barista & Coffee Academy, allowing visitors to experience the art and science of coffee production firsthand, from bean grading to roasting.

With over 30 years in the industry, Patrick has garnered numerous accolades, including being the 43rd person worldwide to earn a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Diploma. Infusion serves as both a community hub for coffee lovers and a training ground for aspiring coffee professionals, offering unparalleled experiences that celebrate the artistry of coffee and tea​.
